ATT vs DSL extreme - IF on "normal" DSL (ADSL) they both should be able to provide the same speed. iirc ATT is not allowing any other ISP to use their Uverse infrastructure. ( like Verizon is not allowing others to use fios infrastructure. ) DSLextreme probably would give better customer service imho.
