[SGVLUG] Good howto on spam fighting.

So I am tired of getting spam at my work email addresses, My personal
email the place where this message is coming from Gmail does it for
me.

Anyway sense I am the admin for work I have wanted to implement spam
filtering for awhile, maybe sense I am at it I will do virus checking
as well but that is of a lesser concern.
Any good howtos or recommendations. I am working with postfix and
virtual mailboxes and courier for imap/pop access.
