1) Yes. Try Belkin or NetGear
2) WiFi routers usually have DHCP and will allow you to connect to a web
based config interface. No dial-up is needed
3) I don't know the dosage level. We are bombarded by signals everyday. I'd
be worried more about FM/AM radio signals than WiFi signals. Although
leaving WiFi on 24/7 may make it more succeptible to cracking, which can
only be fixed by surgery.
