Either zone alarm doesn't know (because the code "hides" itself and
traps access to system calls that would return incriminating evidence)
or the program that is infected is on the "safe" list (like internet
explorer itself)

I think she uses some sites that are not firefox friendly...  (or,
rather, are too deeply entrenched in IE)
