Whups, my bad -- yes, of course I meant a Microsoft Windows (tm) system
(err, I think the "(tm)" is supposed to be there when formally referring
to such -- I believe Dustin had a long diatribe on this some time
ago...)  [though I'd have thought putting in the reference to an
off-shore call center would have helped shed some light ;) though, in
retrospect, support for some Linux distributions may also be technically
"off-shore" to us in America, but not necessarilly in India...]
