[SGVLUG] Locking User to Home Directory

Hello to you all!  I need to give 3 users the ability to update 1 file.
These are not Linux aware people and the file is owned by a Tier 1
application so I can't just give them access.  My thought is that I'd lock
them to their respective home directory and add a symlink to the file.  Has
anyone else run across a situation like this and, if so, how did you handle
it?
