[SGVLUG] How Can I Add Right Alt for tty13-24?

I use https://github.com/chicks-net/chicks-home/blob/master/bin/start_tmux
for getting a fresh tmux session in a semi-usable state.  It is easy to add
more tabs and splits with the tmux API.
