[SGVLUG] Next SGVLUG meeting: GitHub Webhooks

I'm using gitlab webhooks a bit at work to get gitlab
to trigger try builds on buildbot.  (Gitlab CI does
most of that for you these days, so this kind of
scripting is needed less often than it used to be.)

My script's 300 lines of python, but any language should do...
