[SGVLUG] Free Web and Email Hosting.

I've been using WestHost for about a decade now. Not a bad deal, and
never had any downtime issues or other security woes. It's a shared VPS
system, so you can't really do any massive processing, but it works for
basic web sites.

Afaik, all of their accounts are basically VPS accounts, they just
aren't advertised that way.

I pay about $4/mo for a generic VPS account (500GB space/50GB traffic
per month), which allows me to host some of my friends'
sites/blogs/email accounts/etc.

I charge them a bottle of whiskey per year or something reasonable.
