Hi John,

Sounds like you may have access to great potential affordable colocation
to setup some sort of business with others in the group. I would discuss
this option with the group ASAP and see if anyone would be interested
in working with you on a potential business idea. ( granted it is not a 

mission critical space, but if I understand correctly you've really got
a potentially great deal there.. )


Any one with other ideas? suggestions?

  Perhaps make a practice of making sure we're communicating with
everyone who attends; getting in each others' bizness.

  For me, my hearing is very poor, so I often miss much in group
encounters, like our meetings.  Also, it's hard to guess when to get
my own two cents into a conversation without rudely stepping right
on what someone else is saying in the continuity of the group
interaction.
