[SGVLUG] Nasty Bill winding it's way through Congress

Here's a nasty little bill that is winding it's way through Congress. In my
brief read, it seems to want to kill overtime for exempt IT professionals
that are salaried above $50K per year. It will kill cases of IT pros suing
for back wages or overtime pay.
