[SGVLUG] Android on the HP Touchpad

You may have heard already - a non-tech savvy person bought an HP Touchpad from
an Oklahoma City Best Buy that had Android 2.2.1 already installed on it.
The splash screen says Qualcomm Innovation Center.

Apparently, it's already been dumped.
This would give a huge head start for driver developers.
