now, this is a ymmv deal as online the prices do not reflect 
the discounts so you have to go into the store ( in Irvine,
the closest one ) and purchase.

add DDR3 RAM and you probably can upgrade your system for
a really good deal.

note, the AMD 840 is really not a "Phenom" as in it does not
have a L3 cache.. still it is a smoking deal if you can get
it for this price w a MB.
