Lack of affordable Internet infrastructure is not the only reason one
might want off-line content.  Some folks cannot tolerate the chilling
effect of having their browse pattern subject to scrutiny, as it would
be if they browsed that content on line.  For them, the prospect of
having it all off-line, where it can be browsed in private, is very
appealing.

I shall be especially interested in the logistical, technical, and
legal aspects of gathering these massive content archives in the first
place, for use by the privacy-minded even where affordable Internet
access is available.
