Yep.  As Matti points out in another post, the whois entry shows that
they registered sgvlug.com mere hours before they approached him with
the offer.  I would hate to see this kind of scam rewarded with money.
If they can't be ignored, at least make their life miserable.

Further, we don't /need/ sgvlug.com; we already have .net and .org.
