Dan,
I LOVE my 22¨ Samsung SyncMaster 226BW!! I picked it up a couple months back
from Fry´s &, after rebates, I ended up paying around $250. We´re all
different when it comes to buying tech. For me, I usually don´t get the
¨highest end¨ item & prefer to purchase the next one down the line for a
much cheaper price. I looked @ the 24¨s but the price gap between 22 & 24
(like $250+!) was too large for me to go the 24 route.

I always used 17¨ & 19¨ monitors but this was my 1st LCD. It´s a HUGE
difference from 19¨ to 22¨! I´d consider the 22¨ & put the savings in your
gas tanks. ;)

hope that helps,

Whew. Finally picked case and power supply; I'm going to
get an "80 plus" efficiency-rated power supply this time.
And at somebody's recommendation, I'm going with a 24"
monitor (since widescreen 22" said to not feel any bigger than normal 19").
This all pushed the price up to $900, sigh.

I'm still thinking of going with the e7200, though I was briefly
tempted by a Dell deal on a Q6600.
