fyi -

Laptops in some cases have been taken and not returned
as per the article.

truthfully, regardless of the language, I can bit image
the hard drive for analysis later.

with the proper funding, the laptops can be imaged
and deduped with forensic and backup technologies
at the major entry ports, and returned the same
day to the vict.. err I mean.. suspects.
