[SGVLUG] recommend a hosting provider

I'm having fun with Amazon EC2.  For a full-time server, it would cost
more than the cheapest providers, but there are a number of advantages, too.

There is a bit of a learning curve, even for an experienced Linux
sysadmin, but I'm available to help if you need guidance on getting set
up, especially if you'd like to use Ubuntu :)

Perhaps some month we could do an SGVLUG "EC2 Install Fest" where we
walk through signing up for AWS and starting a server (at a cost of
$0.10 for the first hour).
