Probably, if you install Windows.

Three external.

Some people have opened such things up as USB Bluetooth adapters and
flash drives (e.g., the Corsair 16 GB model bring the total "hard
disk" space up to 20 GB) and installing them to an internal USB port,
leaving the external three ports still available.

I don't know.

It didn't seem particularly noisy to me, but it is small and therfore
more suited to two-finger typing than touch-typing.

Yes, but if you want to watch video, it might not be able to keep up.

You can use an external USB keyboard if you'd like. There's no PS/2 connector.
