This is kind of an unlikely source of info, but some of you may be
interested in this page:

Essentially, President Bush signed in the "Energy policy act of 2005",
which among other things changes the definition of when DST begins and
ends, effectively adding 3 or 4 weeks of DST time to the calendar
(starting in 2007).

Just did some digging on the net, looks like this is better known in
linux circles as the package "tzdata"

For those that update religiously, this probably won't be an issue.  For
those that "forgot" about a server or two that's been chugging along,
you may notice some anomolies for a week or two until things re-synch ;)

[and everyone should be using a time server from pool.ntp.org anyway,
right?]  <note: server www.pool.ntp.org seems to be non-responsive right
now...>
