Well, as I said, Microsoft had their hand on the muck-it-up button, but
then, wasn't part of the problem /your/ client as well?  (you did
mention something about how it tried to render the html component when
it did indeed have a perfectly reasonable text component anyway...)

No, I suppose you're right -- that does sound a little worse than
