I've sent more detailed responses to the devsig list itself, but to
answer in this forum, yes, the meeting is on -- from 1pm to 3pm.

I've also (significantly!) updated the main webpage -- it turns out I
had something "in the works" that I didn't realize wasn't visible to the
general public.  I've redone it in a way I hope will be easier to
understand.
