[SGVLUG] Simple Invoicing Solution

Does anyone out there know of a simple invoicing solution for Linux? 
I've got a customer who needs something easy and efficient. Nothing as 
complex as Compiere, for example, and something like GNUcash is probably 
too complex - the receptionist shouldn't have to do double-entry accounting.

The application would need to:

1.) Keep a simple list of customer names, addresses, etc.

2.) Keep a simple list of service providers and their names, addresses, etc.

3.) Attach a list of invoices to each customer and each service provider

4.) Print invoices and payment records as necessary.

5.) Maybe have the capacity to attach notes to each transaction or each 
customer.

I don't care if the application is paid or free as long as it's not too 
expensive. I'd like to avoid a LAMP stack if possible.
