Heh, no war I can see.  I just thought you were suggesting that the
Slackware experience was somehow relevant to the "Desktop Linux
Experience."  That's, well, nuts. :-)

So says the guy currently running Gentoo (equally irrelevant to "Desktop
Linux") on his laptop. :-)
