No matter what date you pick, there will always be some one who can't make it do to another meeting *not that their meeting isn' important). Lets set a date and do it - we can always have another.

Given how long it is taking to get a meeting, if that is the first 
available date we may go with it anyway, before interest evaporates.

Which would be too bad--I want to go to that one, maybe even enough to 
fight traffic.
