Hehe, you think 30 degrees is bad, try it when you don't really care
whether it's in Celcius or Fahrenheit. ;-)

Sounds like you are getting plenty of advice about this stuff anyway,
but those of us who grew up in cold climates quickly learned tricks
for compensating for this stuff. The key thing is to wear warm jammies
and if it's cold enough socks. The next key thing is to have warm
slippers and a heavy overcoat *right* beside your bed.
