Hi everyone,

Just a note from Chicago... it's snowing! I have never seen snow fall
before. I think there should be a support group at the school for
people who have never seen snow. I have heard there are some
Floridians here who have never seen snow and I swear they are even
worse off, because at least in So Cal there's plenty of skiing so I
have seen it on the ground before.

I am embarrassed to mention how excited I am. I'm really excited.
People here are obsessed with how much they know about cold weather.
They are hard to talk to about it.

Well, that's all. Someone is going around school setting small fires
and upsetting people. The good old "pull the fire alarm in the dorms
near the end of the term" trick happened last night and students had
to evacuate at 2 a.m.... it was 30 degrees out. Poor kids!

OK that's all for now! Wish I were in L.A. :(

Jean

P.S. Sorry, this is off topic, too. Does anyone know much about
Caltech's Social Science Experimental Laboratory?
