That's why the first news item that you didn't read invites the web design 
team to remind me to upgrade their accounts to administrator after they 
are created. :-)

I should also point out that "web design team" is pretty much defined as 
"people who showed an interest in the new website project," so I'm not 
exactly worried about how many people fit into that category.  I don't 
care if it's a case of "all chiefs and no indians," it's a test site.

This qualifies as reminding me, so you are now an administrator.  See how
tough it is to get promoted around here?  While I was at it I took the
path of least resistance and pre-emptively upgraded Tom and Doug as well.

Ah, that's the beauty of it.  Now that you're an administrator, you can
blow away everything that bothers you!
