Ah, I see what you did....

When you went to YOU, you selected "manually select patches" (I normally 
turn this off.  by default it will select patches for install even if 
you do not have the package installed.)

In the optional packages, there are several "multimedia option packs". 
number 1 contains the mp3 stuff. it works.

Tom's solution works as well.  (I did that on a different system).
