If you're new to Connect Week, it is basically a week of independently organized events celebrating innovation in science + astronomy, art + design, technology, and entrepreneurship. I believe it's organized by Innovate Pasadena. Events include seminars, workshops, open houses, happy hours, and networking events. It really is fun for the whole family, so check out the event listing and register for the events you're into. Most of the events are free, though some have a nominal cost. They usually meet on Fridays, but had to move up their Meetup because of a Connect event.
