<font face="arial, helvetica, sans-serif">A Wired journalist has his Google and Apple and Twitter account hacked for lulz with the collateral damage of his Apple devices and laptop being remote-wiped.  He thought someone had brute-forced his
 password, but it turned out to be a matter of social engineering.   He was contacted by the hacker who broke into his account and learned how it was done.  These tricks were so simple, anyone could use them.  I really hope the companies have locked down their systems since then.</font></div>
