<p>It depends on your application. For the first few years I ran everything 64 bit but in the end realized I was just not using memory efficiently. For most of my hosting I can not leverage a 64bit OS.</p>

<p>I'm using 64. One of my machines has 16 GB of ram. I figure it's fathomable I could need more than 4 GB of ram for it, plus it gives you flexibility should you decide to run it on its own dedicated machine someday.</p>
