<p>Yes, but if they can *offer* you TV then your optics are lit. If they say you "don't qualify" for TV service you don't have anything better than your current service.</p>

So, I add an analog pstn line (I happen to have a # I can port) and get uverse over that...maybe I'll give it a try. Btw, I only want access bandwidth, not uverse TV.<br>

I had 2 analog lines and had them add it to the second line. You may have to order a second line, pay for a duplicate line for a month ($14.00) and cancel your existing line once you're happy with your new service.<br>
