That said, this means that it would not be very long until anyone and everyone who really cared, whether located in a "free country" or not, would also be aware of the workaround. And the efforts of this bill would be rendered useless...without some new technology being invented....and this process would be repeated and repeated...until the system would be very buggy and unstable.</span></div><div><span>Can anyone picture this...Uncle Sam pointing a shotgun at his own foot!<br></span></div><div><br></div> <div style="font-family:times new roman, new york, times, serif;font-size:12pt;"> <div
