Yes, it is in all of the M$ EULAs and the "Windows refund" has been attempted many times. The only way you'll get it to work is to be very adamant in your disdain for the EULA and Window$.<br><br>I want to try it one of these days just for the experience.

it seems the End User License Agreement on the user's HP/Compaq system
says "if the user doesn't agree with these terms, he shall contact the
manufacturer in order to return the software and receive a
reimbursement." So he tried to do just that, but HP said no, and it went to court.
An Italian judge ordered HP to refund the cost of the operating system
