Nice, if only this were in the US.<br><br>Italian judge makes HP give refund for pre-installed XP<br><br>Ever read the EULA on a new computer? Well, someone in Italy did. And
it seems the End User License Agreement on the user's HP/Compaq system
says "if the user doesn't agree with these terms, he shall contact the
manufacturer in order to return the software and receive a
reimbursement." So he tried to do just that, but HP said no, and it went to court.
An Italian judge ordered HP to refund the cost of the operating system
