they ran adaware and a few other related items. My brother-in-law did most
of the legwork (he does administer windows systems for where he works) He
though it might be a "rootkit" type infection, so he tried three of the latest
and greatest rootkit removers to no avail.</FONT></SPAN></DIV>

"liveCD" of a linux system w/windows AV tools, or else take the drive out and
scan it as a secondary drinve on another computer (i.e., ensure that nothing
