Intro to Docker and Kubernetes Meetup @ JPL

The JPL OCIO will host a special Open Developer Meetup event, Intro to
Docker and Kubernetes Meetup, this Friday afternoon at 3:00 p.m. in von
Kármán auditorium. The Meetup will feature Kelsey Hightower, Developer
Advocate at Google, contributor to Kubernetes Open Source Project and
author of Kubernetes: Up and Running. The event will also be open to the
public.

Friday, February 26
3:00 pm in von Kármán auditorium

Open source Docker and Kubernetes are all the rage, but what are they?
How can they make software applications more powerful, elegant, and
self-healing? This talk will bring the concepts of containers and
orchestration to life through a collection of live demos, and answer
participants questions about Docker and Kubernetes in a fun and engaging
meet up.

If you've been to a von Karman lecture before then this should be the
same procedure for parking and entering through the gate for the
auditorium as for those:

If you have any logistical questions about getting to JPL then I would
suggest calling the number listed here:
