[SGVLUG] Pasadena Angels

Lots of tech startups use Linux, and we can be a resource for them. At
least, we might be able to get some more members and speakers.

The other groups listed on there are not businesses or investors, either.
They're groups like LA Ruby, LA PHP, and Android LA.
