[SGVLUG] E-mail Policies at Work

I’m looking for advice on e-mail policies at work.  In particular, I’m looking for what policies/procedures people are using when staff ask for the following:

E-mail address that doesn’t match their legal name.
White list an e-mail address or domain.


If anyone has documentation they can share, that would be great.
