[SGVLUG] Free Web and Email Hosting.

Hello all, 

I need advise please, I need a couple of email addresses, ftp with very little space  and a simple web site to be hosted for free, I have a registered domain name, but I am confused with all the offers and claims from all the sites offering to host for free. 
Please share any comments and experience with any particular site that you think is worth the trouble.
