[SGVLUG] Nexus 7 Questions

I got a 16 GB Nexus 7 less than 4 months ago. Now I am upgrading to a 32 GB
version. I have two questions,

 

1.)    Is there a way for me to transfer all my apps and data from one
device to the other?

2.)    Is there anyone interested in buying the 16GB version from me?
