Although it looks like they're looking for a SysAdmin, on a certificate (if
you have one) they require it to state your job position as systems
programmer.

Selective certifications 5 through 11 require Certificate of Completion. *A
copy of the Certificate of Completion must be submitted at the time of
candidate’s interview. Be sure that your name, social security number and
“Systems Programmer” are on the copy of the certificate.*
