Matt, what did you have to say to do this? Did you ask for a rep in the 
U.S.?

I've tried twice and both times drawn a zero. "I work from home and 
can't be down even for 1 full day", didn't get me anywhere...and my 
instinct is diff "megapath cancel" "uverse bringup" would be more like a 
week.
