Puzzle:

Crazy Sat promotion

A company's marketing executive ( for a Brick and Mortar ) 
wants to have a "mystery coupon" promotion.

So, they create 4 coupons which they
will put on their website.

Coupons are for % off total purchase,
no limit. 10%, 15%, 25%, 50%

They then email a link to the coupons on their 
website to their email list of subscribers.

Coupons say
"Mystery savings Saturday!
Saving Revealed at Checkout"

Then one of 4 barcodes and one of the
following associated numbers

8400000052001512259000004
8400000052002512259000001
8400000052005012259000007
