Good evening,

On the first run I received nearly twice as many requests for Pis as I
ordered so a second order is going out tomorrow.

If you want a Pi as part of a group purchase (no shipping and no hassle)
please drop me a line tomorrow afternoon. I already have 5 requests so
that qualifies us for free shipping but if we get more there may be a
further discount (probably another 15%).

Unless you request different hardware the basic 'bundle' I'm ordering is:
$50 = $35 for Pi B, $15 for power supply, power cable, HDMI->DVI cable and
tax. SD card, case, keyboard, mouse and monitor not included (you probably
already have these and you may only need them while configuring the PI for
some stand-alone project). The $35 Pi comes with 512 memory and 2 USB
ports. If you want the $25 Pi you get half that. The computer runs OK on
the 512, half that would be useful for a small embedded system like a
security monitor or sprinkler controller but no GUI or high speed file
sharing.

At the SIG I will go over the GPIO pin breakout and all the fun things you
can do with it including controlling relays, servos, and motors as well as
sensing your environment.

Let me know soon if you are interested,

Matt
