Wow, this seemed a bit like a April 1st title so I had to double check the date...

Summary: Spray on Nano Capacitors based Antenna. Increases 
Range / or reduces watts. Works underwater. Maybe able to
self power cell node w energy obtained via antenna.

can, turning trees into antennas and connecting submarines by radio.
