[SGVLUG] HAK group question: How to remote control a millivolt thermostat (circuit)

Thanks for all the input.  It seems running wires to a new thermostat
upstairs is the popular suggestion.   For now I've attached a $4 radio
shack reed relay controlled by an arduino I have programmed for 20
minutes of on time followed by 40 minutes of off time.  It seems to
work very well as a home made timer.  I'm testing it out tonight.
