	 Administration of SAN, including configuration, provisioning, performance and capacity management, and monitoring.
	 Virtualization concepts and best practices (VMware).
	 Cloud Computing (yaws, openstack, rackspace cloud, etc.).
	 Apache HTTP server and Java EE application server (i.e., WebLogic, JBoss).
	Scripting in one of the following languages: Shell, Python, Perl, Bash
	Self-guided triage and follow-through skills to best respond to assigned duties.
	Large-scale backup solutions and storage technologies.
	Linux administration of 200+ servers on Enterprise level.
	Middle-Tier Administration as well as Application Support and deployment.
	Administration of Virtualized infrastructure for non-production/production environments.
	Configuration Management tool for environment buildouts (i.e. Cobbler, Kickstart, Puppet, Cfengine).
	Automation of tools for monitoring, process and documentations.
	Production Operations tier-3 support and 24/7 On-Call rotation.
