great question.
Hmmm.. I'm guessing someone would make the argument that TOR is primarily a
"rogue" tool, thus threatened. What do you guys think??

Good article! Now my questions are would SOPA block out completely those who use TOR? And any other anonymous web browsing software(s) for certain or all websites they want to block out?
I have found out that even some sites block TOR but on the regular internet the page works.
